Digital strategy for social change

Strategy that earns momentum, not noise

Being everywhere is a strategy for exhaustion. We help charities and campaigns decide where to show up, what to say, and where every limited pound should go — then measure it honestly.

What you get

A plan your team can actually execute

Honest digital audit

Your website, channels, email and data reviewed without flattery — what's working, what's leaking, what to stop doing.

Channel strategy

The one or two places your audience actually is, chosen with evidence — and permission to ignore the rest.

Launch & campaign plans

Timelines, content, targets and contingencies for the moments that matter — report launches, appeals, votes, verdicts.

Budget allocation

Where each pound goes and why, with the discipline to move money when the numbers say so.

Content & search strategy

What to publish so the people already searching for your cause find you first — not the opposition.

Team capability building

Playbooks, training and working sessions that leave the skills inside your organisation, not inside an agency.

Why it matters

The sector's scarcest resource is focus

Every charity team we meet is doing too many things with too few people: a bit of every social platform, an email newsletter that's become a chore, a website nobody owns, and a nagging sense that the effort isn't compounding.

Strategy is deciding what not to do. We bring the outside view and the evidence to make those calls confidently — which channels genuinely reach your supporters, which activities move your mission numbers, and which are just busy-work with a logo on it.

Then we write it down in a plan your actual team, at its actual capacity, can actually execute — and we stay around to check it's working.

Digital strategy FAQs

What does a digital strategy engagement look like?

Usually a short, intense discovery — your goals, audiences, current channels and numbers — followed by a concrete, prioritised plan: what to do, in what order, with what budget, and how you'll know it's working. Strategy you can execute, not a deck that gathers dust.

We have almost no budget. Can you still help?

Small budgets are exactly when strategy matters most — the cost of spreading thin across every channel is highest when you can least afford it. We'll help you pick the one or two channels where your cause can genuinely win attention and go deep there.

Do you audit what we're already doing first?

Yes — every engagement starts with an honest audit of your current website, channels, email programme and data. Often the biggest wins are fixing what exists rather than adding something new, and we'll say so when that's the case.

Can you train our team rather than doing it for us?

Yes, and we prefer it — capability that stays in your organisation beats dependency on an agency. We run working sessions with your team, document playbooks, and step back as your people step up.

How do we know if the strategy is working?

Every plan we write ships with its own measurement: a small set of honest numbers agreed up front — supporters, donations, actions — reviewed on a schedule. If something isn't working, the plan changes. That's the point of measuring.
