Charity data & analytics

Know exactly what moves your supporters

Guesswork is expensive when budgets are donated. We build dashboards and insight pipelines for charities and campaigns that show where supporters come from, what converts them, and where to push next.

What you get

From scattered numbers to one clear picture

Campaign dashboards

Signatures, donations, signups and reach on one live screen — the numbers that matter, visible to the whole team.

Channel attribution

Which email, post or partner actually produced the donation — so next month's budget goes where the results are.

Supporter journey analytics

See how signers become donors and donors become regular givers — and where the journey leaks.

Privacy-first web analytics

Cookieless, GDPR-friendly measurement that respects your visitors — often with no consent banner needed at all.

A/B testing

Test headlines, asks and page layouts with statistical honesty — small percentage gains compound into real money.

Funder-ready reporting

Impact dashboards for trustees and data packs for grant reports, generated automatically instead of assembled manually every quarter.

Why it matters

Donated money deserves evidence, not hunches

Most third-sector organisations are sitting on more data than they think — in the CRM, the email platform, the donation system, the web analytics — but it lives in silos and nobody has time to stitch it together.

That stitching is the job. We connect the tools you already run into one coherent picture, automate the reporting that currently eats your team's Fridays, and set up measurement that tells you — honestly — which of your efforts move supporters and which just feel busy.

No data team required on your side. We build it, document it, and leave your staff able to read and run it.

Questions

Data & analytics FAQs

We're a small charity — is analytics really worth it?

Smaller organisations arguably need it more: when every pound of budget matters, knowing which channel actually produces donors or signatures stops you spending on the ones that don't. We scale the setup to your size — sometimes a single well-built dashboard is enough.

Is your analytics setup GDPR compliant?

Yes — we default to privacy-first, cookieless analytics that respects your visitors and often removes the need for consent banners entirely. For supporter-level data, consent, retention and access controls are designed in from the start.

Can you work with data from our existing CRM and tools?

Yes. Most of our analytics work is stitching together what you already have — CRM, email platform, donation system, web analytics — into one coherent picture, rather than adding yet another tool.

Can you produce reporting for trustees and funders?

Yes — automated, presentable reporting is usually the highest-value output. Impact dashboards for trustees, grant-report data packs for funders, and campaign retrospectives that show what worked, generated without days of manual spreadsheet work.

Do we need to replace Google Analytics?

Not necessarily, but many organisations we work with choose to — privacy-first alternatives are lighter, easier to comply with, and give campaign teams numbers they can actually read. We'll recommend what fits your capacity.

Not sure what your data is telling you?

Send us the tools you use — we'll tell you what one picture of them could look like.
